Families can explore Margam Country Park (10 minutes) with trails for spotting deer, hares, and squirrels, pedal boat rentals, coarse fishing, and the Go Ape treetop adventure.

For a beach day, visit sandy Aberavon Beach (15 minutes) with a promenade, the Whale sculpture, and Aberavon Aqua Splash for kids. Alternatively, relax at Skewen Beach or wander the dunes at Kenfig Nature Reserve (both 15 minutes).
